２０００年開始與知名ＭＶ導演鄺盛合作，擔任多位台灣知名歌手ＭＶ美術指導，郭志達的美術風格以創新大膽的視覺張力聞名，在一首歌的時間內，讓觀眾留下深刻的印象，為歌曲打下最好的宣傳，其擔任美術指導的ＭＶ作品，多次入圍金曲獎最佳音樂錄影帶。

In the 2000s, Kuo collaborated with Kuang, the famous music video director, starting being the art director for many hit singers in Taiwan. Kuo has built the reputation by his innovative and also bold style which can create great visual tension. Kuo can seize the eyes of the audience, and it is the best way to promote the new albums for the singers. MVs Kuo took apart multiple times nominated to Best Music Video by Golden Melody Awards.
